All sales are final, and no refund will be issued.

RETURNS

DO NOT send the item back to the address on the package.

You have 7 days after receiving the tool to notify us if the tool is defective.

The only defect covered by our return policy is the case in which the tool parts detach while in use.

In the case of a defective tool, the company will send you a replacement tool and cover the shipping cost.

Please send us proof of purchase and a picture of the tool showing the defect to the company's email.

We are not responsible for tool(s) lost, stolen or damaged during transit.
